  • Delivery Window: Most parcels arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your city.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive tracking details via SMS or email once your parcel is shipped.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated automatically at checkout (standard courier rates).
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure correct address details to avoid delivery delays or failed deliveries.

Return & Refund Policy

Your trust is important to us. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all inserts/accessories.
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We’ll share our warehouse return address once your return request is approved.

Refund Process

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds can be sent to your bank account or Easypaisa account, depending on your preference.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or tampered items are not eligible for return.

What is HAIR FIBERᴾᴷ’s return policy?

HAIR FIBERᴾᴷ offers a 30-day return policy. You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or store credit — as long as the product is in its original condition.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for orders within Pakistan. If applicable, international shipping may take 14–21 days, depending on the destination. Please note that shipping times do not include order processing time.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you may still be able to change the shipping address. Please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible to request an update.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned product, please allow up to 10 business days for our team to inspect the item and issue your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Will I be refunded the shipping cost when I return an item?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund — unless the return is due to an error on our part.
